• Tickets can be acquired from The Seed of Convergence Exchange Event.
• In order to use Special Wheel of Luck for your character you need to unlock it using 1000 rubies and acquire Lucky Wheel Ticket in the event's menu.
• Wheel of luck is only unlocked for the character who bought the Lucky Wheel Ticket.
