Improved presentation of request points within the Request Board

It is now possible to recharge the requested points in bulk (maximum recharge) using [Winter Special Coupon] / [Sapphire]

[Sapphire]: Consumes 100 per recharge (Use when [Winter's Special Coupon] is used up)

You can recharge up to a maximum of 100 request points
