Dear adventurers,
As we have seen so many adventurers confused or asking about their Guild Ranking Events, we will provide more details.
1. Unfortunately due to the mistake of a 3rd party company, there has been an error with the winner list.
Please know that we will investigate this and make sure the correct winners receive their reward.
2. The total amount of Gleam participants is 5,457.
Please bear in mind that you may still not receive rewards for the reasons below:
- Abuse
- Multiple entries
- Submitted invalid info (Wrong Wallet Address, CUID, CScode)
- Users who did not complete all 4 missions.
*This was indicated in the gleam event rules.
We hope this helps everyone to understand better why some adventurers have not received rewards.
Please kindly wait patiently as we solve this issue and work on sending the rewards.
We are deeply sorry for the inconveniences and confusion this may have caused.
