[How to participate] 🔍
1.Read the detailed rules and agreement. Download the design template.
*The design must both Male and Female versions (it must be the same concept or similar costume with gender differences, if you only sent one gender version you will not be able to be selected for Judge's Selection.)
2. Submit your entry through our Google Form. (August 14th 3:00 PM ~ September 11th 11:59 PM UTC +7)

3. Make sure to fill in the information correctly.
4. Submit after you have agreed the terms.
5. Vote in discord from September 22nd - 29th UTC +7
6. Winners will be announced on the official page.

Costume will be d and added in-game. 
Costume will be sent through mail once it's developed 
Will add '2023 Costume Design Winner of the Year' in the description with the winner character's Nickname

[Rules] 📖
1. Follow the rules and download the design template.
2. Entries must be submitted through the google form. Design the outfit according to the template
3. Do not submit plagiarized artwork. Entries must not previously have been publicly available prior to this Contest.
4. When submitting your work, please add costume name, CSCODE, Server #, In-Game Nickname, Design Concept Description.
5. File should be submitted in a JPG/PNG format 500kb-2mb
6. Submitting Period: August 14th 3:00 PM to September 11th 11: 59 PM UTC +7
7. Judges Review Stage: September 12th to September 19th. During this stage, art director and design team will review and select the candidates for the Popularity Award. The judges will select from the entries, including the Global, Indonesia and Thailand region.  
8. Voting Stage: September 22nd to September 29th . The entries will be put on Discord voting page and be voted on by adventurers and Seal M fans. The most voted entry will win the Popularity Award.
9. Winner: There will be 10 winners for the Popularity Award. The judges will select one winner for The Best Award
10. Prize: Popularity Award Prizes will be given out within 2 weeks upon the announcement. Judge's Selection 'The Best Award' prize will be given out as soon as it's incorporated in-game
11. Read the agreement and rules. Submit if you agree the terms.

Other Remarks:
If it is confirmed that a submission has violated any rules, it will be removed immediately.
